Tribeca All Access 2010
April 20, 2010
We’ve seen a plethora of amazing and inspirational films at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah and the Full Frame Film Festival in Durham, North Carolina. Films such as Enemies of the People, Last Train Home, Family Affair, Restrepo and Winter’s Bone have greatly impacted us with their artistry and masterful storytelling and simply reminded us why we are in this business!
Now the Zeila Films team is off to participate in the 2010 Tribeca All Access program to continue to craft our film Displaced. Last night was a whirlwind evening at the Kick Off Celebration at the Hiro Ballroom in NYC and we were able to see our buddy K’naan perform his new single “Waving Flag” and songs off of his Troubadour album. It’s always great to support our friends! We also had the privilege of witnessing the dynamic duo Kid n’Play
perform at the 20th Anniversary of House Party. It was an eventful night and we truly look forward to participating with Tribeca All Access, the Tribeca Film Institute and attending the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival. It’s gearing up to be an exciting week!
